Step 2
Automated Dowel Joinery
After cutting, components pass through our automatic dowel insertion machine, which drives hardwood dowels at precisely the same position every time. The result is a stronger, squarer box than staple-and-glue construction.

- Stronger joint than dado or staple assembly
- Boxes stay square during and after assembly
Step 3
Skilled Assembly & Inspection
Our craftsmen hand-assemble each box, check for square, and inspect finished surfaces before anything leaves the shop. We build to the same standard whether it’s a 10-piece kitchen or a 200-unit commercial project.
